SHIPPING METHODS & FEES

All orders are shipped using traceable methods. Once your order ships, a tracking number and shipping information will be emailed to you. After shipment, customers assume responsibility for lost or damaged packages.

Canada (Domestic)

  • Standard (1–4 business days): $15 CAD flat rate

  • Free shipping on orders over $99 CAD (with the exception of select items).

United States (Cross-Border)

  • Standard International (4–8 business days): $25 CAD flat rate

  • Free shipping on orders over $250 CAD

International

Europe (Austria, Belgium, Czechia, and 21 more)

  • Standard International (4–7 business days): $55 CAD flat rate

  • $75 CAD on orders over $200

Other International (United Arab Emirates, Australia, Hong Kong SAR, and 41 more)

  • Standard International (4–7 business days): $75 CAD flat rate

  • $90 CAD on orders over $500

IMPORTANT SHIPPING INFORMATION

  • Please ensure all shipping information is correct. Palm Isle Skate Shop is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages due to incorrect information.

  • Customs, duties, or taxes incurred for international shipments are the customer’s responsibility.

  • Stock may be pulled from multiple locations, which could cause delays in shipping and tracking information.

PROCESSING TIME

  • Allow 1–2 business days for order processing.

  • You will receive an email confirmation when your payment is processed and another email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES

  • Canada: 1–4 business days

  • USA: 4–8 business days

  • International: 4–7 business days

  • Shipments may be delayed by customs; Palm Isle Skate Shop has no control over customs delays.

LOCAL PICKUP

  • Local pickup options available (please specify details if applicable).

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Please contact us immediately if you need to cancel an order. Orders may be subject to restocking fees depending on the order size.

ORDERING

  • You can place an order as a guest or by creating an account. Creating an account allows you to move through checkout faster, store multiple shipping addresses, and track your orders.

  • Add the products you want to your shopping cart and review the contents before checkout.

  • Follow the checkout steps: select a shipping method and choose your payment method.

  • Before completing payment, verify item sizes, colors, billing and shipping addresses, and any applied promotional or gift card codes.

  • Once an order is shipped, no changes can be made.
