Return & Refund Policy

14-Day Easy Returns & Exchanges

RETURN WINDOW

  • Returns for store credit or exchange can be made within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, in original new condition, with all tags and original packaging intact.

  • Sale or discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned.

  • Please note: we do not offer refunds, except in cases where we made an error with your order.

EASY RETURN PROCESS

  1. Contact us to initiate a return or exchange:

  2. Pack your items securely:

    • Include all original tags and packaging.

    • Items should be unwashed, unused, and in their original condition.

    • Use the original shipping box or bag if possible. Do not apply tape or labels directly on manufacturer packaging (shoe boxes, apparel packaging, etc.).

  3. Ship your package back:

    • Customers are responsible for both the cost of shipping the items back to the shop and the cost of shipping the exchanged items back to them.

    • Best practice: use a trackable and insured shipping method. Palm Isle Skate Shop is not responsible for lost packages.

    • Incorrect or insufficient addresses resulting in returned packages require a new shipping label to be purchased via the (Buy Shipping) section on our website.

PROCESSING RETURNS

  • Once your package is received, returns will be processed within 14 business days.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where we made an error.

  • In case of a mistake on our part (wrong items shipped), a full refund or store credit, including delivery charges, will be issued upon return of the goods in new condition.

DEFECTIVE, DAMAGED, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

  • Inspect your order immediately upon receipt.

  • Report any issues within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be returned unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags.

  • Once verified, we will issue store credit, exchange, or refund if it was our error.

EXCHANGES

  • We do not automatically swap sizes or colors. To exchange an item, return it using the steps above and place a new order for your replacement item.

HOLIDAY RETURNS

  • Orders placed between November 1 and December 24 can be returned or exchanged until January 31. Returns must be initiated before January 31.

IN-STORE RETURNS

  • With your online store receipt, you may return or exchange items in-store within 14 days of delivery.

  • Shipping fees are not refundable.

  • No in-store returns or exchanges are possible December 26–29.

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY

  • Customers are responsible for all shipping costs, including return and exchange shipping.

  • International returns: customers are responsible for duties or taxes when returning items from another country.
